DIAGNOSIS WITHIN WEEKS
Current timelines to assess children suspected of having Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) are unreasonable. Our staff of certified CARS-2 specialists use the AT4K 4-step process to assess children within weeks of scheduling an initial consultation.

Step 2: Provide Patient History and Interview with Psychologists
Parent/Caregiver required to complete pre-assessment questionnaires, consents, and set of standardized assessment measures (estimated less than 60 minutes).
In your first 90-minute appointment, AT4K Psychologist will meet with Parent/Caregiver to discuss concerns, review patient history, and explain the evaluation process. Psychologist will also provide instructions on how to signup for Frontera: Parent Support App and expectations of videos to be uploaded prior to Virtual Evaluation.
Step 3: Parent Video Uploads
Prior to Virtual Evaluation appointment, Parent/Caregiver uploads a series of videos to Frontera: Parent Support App to allow AT4K to see through the eyes of the family and better prepare for the evaluation session.
Step 4: Participate in Virtual Evaluation
Parent/Caregiver and kiddo attend 90-minute appointment with AT4K Psychologist. Parent will be responsible for assisting kiddo to partake in activity-based assessments used to evaluate the child’s communication skills, social interactions, and imaginative use of materials. AT4K will score a CARS-2 assessment based on information gathered via interview, review of videos, and observation.
Step 5: Receive a Diagnosis
After reviewing the patient history, questionnaires, parent videos, and CARS-2 testing data, our Psychologist will complete an Evaluation Report. Evaluation Report, in conjunction with a referral form, will be sent to family within days of the evaluation.
